You are cordially invited to the Tasmanian Council of Social Service’s 9th Annual Dorothy Pearce Address.

This year’s address, entitled “Tales and true stories about a fairer, more equal Australia,” will be delivered by Dr Cassandra Goldie, CEO of the Australian Council of Social Service, who has had an extensive and distinguished career in the human rights and community service sector in Australia and internationally.

The Dorothy Pearce Address is an annual TasCOSS event in honour of Dorothy Pearce, a significant figure in the history of community service in Tasmania and a founding member of TasCOSS. This year is TasCOSS’ 50th anniversary—so come help us celebrate, and hear Dr Goldie’s thoughts on how to achieve a fairer, more equal Tasmania and Australia. Light refreshments will be served.
