Huon Council died in 1993 when it was amalgamated with the Esperance and Port Cygnet councils to form the momentarily extant HUON VALLEY COUNCIL.
One might ponder whether real estate salesman Armstrong doesn’t know what time it is, or, maybe, even century it is. Or perhaps he is simply trying to remind the electorate that he is a man of his time!
Perhaps he is simply a sentimental bloke, nostalgic for times of yore, the good old days! Some critics might simply accuse him of being asleep on the job.
