For the record, when DPIW combined with DEPHA, the new combined communications branch LOST three people: one manager, one assistant manager and one communications consultant. So contrary to your story’s assumption, there are now less people doing the same amount of work and a LOWER wages bill. A simple phone call before you published would have found that out.
