This is a family concern. The man in the picture is ’ Little Brother’.

Thanks Garry, I took them from my mate Dave’s elevated platform (Hire-Up: get it?) during a break in the CCTV installation. The bespectacled bloke is an electrical/electronics contractor. The original photos are pin-sharp though Lindsay’s fuzzed them up somehow.

Those camera angles look skew-iff to me, however the council’s convinced they’ll pick up any funny business in the taxi ranks - but what if there’s a brawl on the grass?  My favourite CCTV story was the dummy caught on camera stealing it. And yes, it was in Hobart.

I think it’ll be coppers (or Neighbourhood Watch volunteers) monitoring the camera output.  Hey, a better idea would be to stream them so anyone can watch, at any time, anywhere.
