What a hoot great photo.
The state of Tasmania must be broke they can’t even afford to have a halter or saddle on the horse that is waiting for community members who need a lift.
It must be time now for our State Parliament to send a delegation to Cuba to see how an impoverished country is actually run. The Cuban’s have survived an oil crises, embargo’s by the U.S. and have cut their pesticide use from 22,000 tonnes to 1,000 tonnes per annum. While converting 80% of their agriculture to organic.
What we need is for Lala to annoy the US so much that Tasmania has embargo’s slapped on us.
We too could be a beacon to the world.
