There is something seriously wrong when filmmakers producing international recognised work, are ignored by Screen Tasmania http://www.abc.net.au/news/stories/2009/10/03/2703974.htm while those with limited experience are rewarded.

What checks are in place to ensure funding provides the maximum exposure of Tasmanian films and filmmakers to the world?
